"I am Senthil, coming with an IT experience of 13 + years with last 6 years in CRM (Oracle CRM OD). His sound and in-depth knowledge on the subject helped us understand the concepts and its application with very ease. His examples from real time experience helped us understand how each topic can be useful in our BAU and what would be the challenges in implementing the same. His approach is very professional and usage of his blog explicitly shows his love and passion towards his work. Being from a CRM background, I had a decent knowledge on the functionality but able to play around a tool based out of cloud environment was very useful. I would definitely refer my friends. May be better to have a training on setting up of cloud environments and briefing on PaaS & IaaS. "
