IdentityI am a karate and Taichi trainer.Our Institution is Mindcare Training Academy located in K.K Nagar. I am holding Black belt in karate and has 5 years experience in training Taichi . I have also done self-defence program for 3000 womens under government project "Pudhu Vazhvu Thitam". I am also working as Defence art trainer in SRM Public school and Vikas Mantra public School. In Karate , we are affiliated to Isshinryu world karate association and All India karate - do association.
In Taekwondo we are affiliated to Taekwondo federation of India and world taekwondo federation . The style of we training is Yang Taichi
, a Chinese martial arts that have been practised for more than six generation and mainly deals with health and physical .
