Key Management Team
Mrs .Banusekar, founder and Managing director of ARICH INFOTECH has had successful stints in leading IT companies in various capacities as Vice President, Technical Director, SBU and Head- Resourcing (Mainframe Technology / Distributed systems). She is a veteran in IBM products / Subsystems and managed all z series servers in her 20 years of service .

Her last assignment was with Maples ESM Technologies Private Limited, Chennai where she lead a team of technical experts / professionals who had designed and managed the IT infrastructure for six years. Her forte includes Data center Management / Process Implementation and immense expertise on a wide range of IBM products and sub-systems.

Ms.Selvarani co-founder and the Technical Director is a multi-technocrat with about 14 years of experience in the IT industry. A passionate technocrat with a combination of legacy expertise (six years of experience) and distributed systems (9 years of experience) has spearheaded various projects involving application programming, Installation, Customization and Administration of the IBM Products. A thorough professional and her ability to understand the nuances of the distributed and complexities of legacy platforms / technologies has enabled her strike a balance in providing cutting-edge solutions to the satisfaction of the clients.
