Prashant Banerjee

I am a dedicated Physics educator with extensive experience in teaching students from class 8 to 12, as well as providing home tuition for students up to class 10. I began teaching in 2018, focusing on creating engaging and individualized lesson plans to improve student performance. My students have consistently achieved excellent results, with several scoring above 86% in their exams.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Central University of Jharkhand, where I conducted research on the 'Study of Ground States of Heavy Quarkonia Using SUSYQM Method in the Presence of Magnetic Field.' Additionally, I participated in advanced workshops on quantum information, quantum field theory, and gravity at ICTS-TIFR Bengaluru, enhancing my theoretical understanding.

Currently, I work as a PGT Physics teacher at The Ramakrishna Vivekananda Vidyamandir, where I use innovative teaching tools such as visual aids, experiments, and simulations to simplify complex concepts. My efforts have led to a 20% improvement in student performance within the first academic year.

My key skills include expertise in Physics and Mathematics, effective communication tailored to diverse learning styles, classroom management, and curriculum development. I am also proficient in leveraging digital tools like Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, and Kahoot to make learning interactive and accessible.

Beyond teaching, I have gained additional skills in full-stack development, including proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Python, and MySQL.
