Objective: To explore all the possibilities for the task assigned and have an enthusiasm and drive to see the projects are through to a successful conclusion.

A. Experience Chronicles:

March 2018 to Present:
I completed my PhD in Management during April 2024 from Brainware University, Kolkata. My research topic was “Stochastic Optimization to Reduce Aircraft Taxi-in Time at IGIA, New Delhi”. I used the Frontline analytic solver for simulations & optimisations. A minimum of Rs. 10 Crore to 20 crore per month in fuel savings is possible. Alternatively, once it gets Optimized, this will create a space for another 271 arriving flights as a measure of capacity enhancement.

March 2014 to Feb 2018:
I worked at Osogbo Airport to estimate the airport's total equipment, infrastructure, and manpower requirements. I also completed many aviation-related courses relevant to my work.

Functional responsibilities:
Airside Operations:

1. A solution-oriented professional, taking a keen interest in various aspects of Airport planning, licensing, and operations – to achieve better, more efficient, and safer functioning of the Airport.

2. Data analysis, demand and capacity assessment and interpretation thereof. Design of various models to predict the most likely, worst case and best-case scenarios.
3. Reviewed all the developed designs and working drawings prepared by the contractor for compliance with the specified standards and project requirements, including regulatory, functional, and operational compliance.
4. Reviewed the project documentation to check clarity, accuracy, consistency in presentation, and compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
5. Performed Airspace Obstruction studies and calculation of the allowable height of the obstacles as per OLS criteria.
6. Ensure that the building and other developments around the aerodrome environs meet appropriate licensing regulations. Ensure that necessary surveys are undertaken.
7. I prepared the ICAO Type A chart, AIP, and other Aero charts/ drawings, analyzed the obstacle limitation chart, and truncated or eliminated obstacles per the regulatory requirements.
8. Ensured that the aerodrome licensing and license renewal requirements were met, and that the aerodrome operated under license conditions and statutory requirements, including non-compliance and exemptions.
9. Suggested various plans for improving the existing airside infrastructure to improve operating efficiencies and maximize capacities.
10. Conducted trainings and courses for the students.

Nov 2010 to Oct 2012:

2. I took the lead and completed the licensing process of GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited on time.

3. I prepared the policy formulation documents such as manuals for airside rules and regulations, standard operating procedures, Aerodrome Compliance, checklists and work instructions, and many other documents and their implementation.

4. Prepared Aerodrome Manual and AIP.

5. Performed Airspace obstruction studies.

6. Took part in ORAT of RGIA, Hyderabad and Delhi International Airport Limited.

7. Ensured all processes and procedures complied with ICAO & DGCA Regulations and Recommendations.

8. Took many initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost containment.

9. Conducted Trainings/ courses for new joiners for 4 years.
