Hello, I am the Founder and Instructor at Venkateshwari Nruthyalam, where I have been passionately teaching Bharatanatyam for the past 10 years. My journey in this divine art form spans over 25 years, and it brings me immense joy to guide students into the graceful world of classical dance. <br/> <br/>Currently pursuing my final year of MA in Bharatanatyam, I bring a strong blend of traditional training and academic grounding to my classes. This combination helps me create a well-rounded curriculum that honors the classical roots of Bharatanatyam while also nurturing each student's artistic expression and individual rhythm. <br/> <br/>At Venkateshwari Nruthyalam, we are proud to have 65 dedicated students learning under my guidance. I personally conduct all the classes to ensure each student receives focused attention and a high standard of training. Every session is designed not just to teach dance, but also to instill discipline, devotion, and an understanding of the cultural depth Bharatanatyam carries. <br/> <br/>I only offer online group classes, and I welcome female students who are truly passionate about learning this art form. Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, I provide structured lessons suitable for every level, emphasizing adavus, theory, abhinaya, and choreography. <br/> <br/>My teaching approach is rooted in the guru-shishya tradition, where consistent practice, respect for the art, and emotional connection to dance are emphasized. I believe that Bharatanatyam is not only a physical form but a spiritual and emotional experience—and I strive to help each student connect with it deeply. <br/> <br/>Though I do not currently offer offline or in-person sessions, I ensure that my online classes are interactive, disciplined, and detailed.
