Change Your Attention: Instead of focusing on the past, try focusing on the present and the future. Your potential and future success are not limited by your performance in the tenth grade.

Establish Specific Objectives: Clearly state your objectives for your JEE preparation. Divide your objectives into more doable, smaller activities to help you stay from becoming overwhelmed.

Make a Study Plan: Arrange your time so that you study for every subject in a methodical manner. Follow your plan because consistency is essential. 

seek for Help: Don't be afraid to seek for assistance if there are any concepts you're having trouble 

understanding. Enroll in online classes, form study groups, or ask your lecturers for advice.

Practice Frequently: Practicing on past exams and practice questions can help you become more confident and proficient in time management. Remind yourself of your motivation to succeed in the JEE to stay motivated. When you're feeling unmotivated, go back to your list of motivations.
