"I have known Rohan for the last 2 years. He has his unique style of teaching which allows the students to do even the challenging practice with more ease and it is even more effective because of the relaxation techniques he uses in between the practices to absorb the benefits of done practice and to prepare for the next practice. He focuses on the right breathing during the entire session. Best thing I like about practising with Rohan is that the class moves in a very smooth flow with soothing instructions so I am able to concentrate more on my body movements and breathing awareness. "
