"A demo was planned thru urbanpro today at 6 am. At 5:50 msged to confirm the same. No reply . Joined at 6 am only to see class ended. And now shocked to see in demo classes section that WE missed it! Early morning classes are different because we plan and get up from sleep. Negative experience first thing in the morning sets a wrong momentum for the rest of the day. These classes should be treated with special care. Very Dissapointing sir "
