* I have completed PhD (Psychology), Panjab University, Chandigarh, in which I have covered following aspects:

1) Prepared a brief and tentative plan of research and gave a presentation on my research topic.
2) Then, I published 2 research papers in 2 international journals.
3) Presented a research paper in an international conference in a govt. college of Haryana.
3) I also attended seminars, workshops and conferences during the PhD research.
3) I did data collection, data analysis in SPSS, report writing and submitted a complete thesis of my research entiltled, "Psychosocial coorelates of emotional intelligence among nurses".
4) Then, presented a viva presentation at the final step.

* I have 5 years experience as an Adolescent Counselor under NHM, GMSH-16, Chandigarh, in which I had following job responsibilities:

1) I provide counseling sessions to Adolescent (i.e 10-19 Years Children) in Hospital OPD.

2) I also used to provide Interactive Health Talks/ Lectures in Govt Schools of Chandigarh.

* Further, I have 10 months research experience in ICSSR research project in UILS, Panjab University, Chandigarh, in which I had job responsibilities as follows:

1) I used to visit govt. and private schools of chandigarh and conducted a survey on research topic, i.e. "Obsession of electronic devices among children and its effect on their physical, social, psychological & behavioral aspect".
2) I also did data analysis and chapter writing on aforesaid topic.

* Now, I'm working as an Coordinator- COVID under National Health Mission- Haryana, Sector-2, Panchkula, since 28th January, 2021, where I'm engaged in following job responsibilities:

1) Recruited in the Health & Wellness Centres- Division, in which I work in the recruitment process of Community Health Officers in Haryana.
2) I also conduct and coordinate the training programs for the Community Health Officers of Haryana.
3) I work in the Information, Education and Communication (IEC) activities for the awareness of the services/ facilities available in the Health and Wellness Centres of Haryana.
4) I work on utilization of budget sanctioned for the trainings and IEC activities of the Health and Wellness Centres of Haryana.
5) I also participate in the meetings and trainings related to the aforesaid responsibilities.
