It is advisable to practice skimming through the text to find out what is most relatable to the questions. For this, you must learn to read in groups or phrases. If you try to read each line word-by-word, it'll be hard for you to decipher the paragraph's overall meaning, given that you have limited time and the given text is quite dense.
