As i a teacher it is very necessary for us to understand the needs of the students and how we can help them achieve it . I make sure that through curation of strategic plans for every student i make sure that they achieve maximum potential. I make the concepts look very simple and easy to understand for the students so that they don't find it hard to grasp them .I already have my own youtube page related to economic where my videos already have 60,000 views. I have pursued economics honours. I am from a commerce background. Not only this but i made students know relevant external skills necessary for their life and in school for example public speaking, vocabulary building, answer writing which helps in building of the student and his or her personality which helps them achieve academic excellence.
