IdentityI am a researcher at IIT Bombay, working on Cognitive Neuroscience. I have a master's degree in Neural and Cognitive Sciences from University of Hyderabad (CGPA: 9.65).
I come from a family of teachers, where I used to assist my mother in her teaching career. My key skills are a) research: I leave no stones unturned to answer my students' curious questions; b) analogical teaching: the students will be able to draw connections between different domains think flexibly about complex problems and c) critical thinking and communication: I have trained as an orator for 12 years and I have been studying philosophy, psychology and neuroscience since I was a 13 years old teenager. These two trainings together help me build my thoughts and ideas using logical analysis, clarity and precision, perspective taking and deeper reflection on any given subject. I believe these 3 skills are essential in building a good teacher who can impart their knowledge and build their students into intellectuals. My recent accomplishments include 3rd position in University exam in my masters. I have also been able to secure a position as a research assistant at one of country's most renowned institutions, IIT Bombay. That said, looking forward to teach and share my knowledge set with my students and help them build a promising career. Thank you.
