Being good counselors we have always been able to honestly and accurately evaluate ourselves to find better ways to engage with others. <br/> <br/>We delve into each personality with the objective of being excellent listeners and able to hear not just the words, but the deeper meaning of what is being communicated. With our intelligence, we strike a delicate balance between being accessible and emotionally available to the people by developing an empathetic connection without crossing personal or professional boundaries but respecting boundaries.
