IdentityAs an educator we realized the need of positive mindset and approach towards a leading path. As mentors, we always has a strong desire to learn about other people in depth. We have a genuine interest in other people; we work hard to connect with them on the deepest levels. Our counseling formulates a personality to differentiate between ‘Do’s and Don’ts’.
The way we think, act, and present ourselves as a counselor has a big impact on the quality of care we are able to provide. Being good counselors we have always been able to honestly and accurately evaluate ourselves to find better ways to engage with others.
We delve into each personality with the objective of being excellent listeners and able to hear not just the words, but the deeper meaning of what is being communicated. With our intelligence, we strike a delicate balance between being accessible and emotionally available to the people by developing an empathetic connection without crossing personal or professional boundaries but respecting boundaries.
