The courses taught at BSc level serve as the gateway to detailed knowledge of any subfield (or subject) of a particular discipline. The same is true for my discipline, Physics. Therefore, I ensure that my students get a detailed explanation, understanding of the concepts involved and a working experience of applying the concepts so learned. This is done through ample number of exercises and follow-up practice questions and assignments. Dedicated classes are engaged to discuss the practice questions and assignments and the difficulties the students face to solve the questions and problems. Spoon-feeding is not encouraged; the students are nudged and helped to obtain the answers and solve the problems by themselves as far as possible.
