Along with my studies, my parents encouraged me to participate in curricular and co-curricular activities. I have been awarded the best painting in the state-level children's art festival by the Department of Culture of Odisha by Padma Bhushan Dr. Raghunath Mohapatra. I also had the privilege of representing the east zone in the Bharat Scout and Guide and have been awarded the Rashtrapati Puraskar by the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee. The feeling of kindness prompted me to contribute to the betterment of society. I am the general secretary of an NGO "Sanyukt Organization" and have volunteered in several campaigns across the state.
Born and brought up to a nuclear family in "the temple city" Bhubaneswar, humility, discipline & determination has been the essence of my upbringing.
I would love to teach students the essence of life and not being a book worm.
