Myself Ipshita Dutta provide Yoga and related teachings like Pranayama and meditation sessions online for increased fitness and immunity along with various other benefits of the Yoga way of life. <br/> <br/>I provide yoga, power yoga , vinyasa yoga and Ashtanga yoga sessions along with pranayama and meditation sessions as and when required. <br/> <br/>I have an enriched experience of 8 years of practise and 6 years of teaching to clients of all age groups from 4 yrs to 60 yrs old. I also conducted Corporate yoga sessions for various reputed organisations like Siemens, HPCL, BOB,Icici Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank,etc for improved fitness and stress management <br/>I believe in guiding my students as per their requirements and providing best of support to stay healthy mentally and physically. <br/>I also conduct Tabata, Pilates and fitness training as per student’s need
