Power Query is best tool for ETL. ETL is extraction, transformation and loading of data. Basically here we cleaning the extracted data and making it ready for analysis.
Power Pivot is a tool for modelling, writing customized functions and making it ready for final visualisation using Pivot tables, Pivot charts.
Answered on 03 Jan Learn IT Courses/MS Office Software Training/Microsoft Excel Training/HLOOKUP in Excel
Both these functions in Excel have exactly the same syntax. Only difference is in VLOOKUP we have third argument as Column Index number and in HLookup it is row index number.
So let's understand how do these two formulas differ in terms of application.
While VLOOKUP is used whenever table has got column headers and table has vertical orientation while HLookup is used when data in a table is arranged in rows and table has horizontal Orientation.
You can book a free demo class with me to understand this concept with practical examples.
