IdentityMy journey into yoga began in 2021, inspired by its transformative ability to bring harmony to the mind, body, and soul. Over the years, I have pursued a structured and in-depth education in yoga:
1. RYT 200 Hours Certification – Completed my first certified yoga course in Rishikesh in 2021, gaining a strong foundation in yoga practices.
2. Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga – Graduated from a 9-month intensive program at the 100-year-old Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavala, in 2023.
3. YCB Level 3 Certification – Successfully cleared the advanced certification by the Yoga Certification Board in 2024.
As a yoga instructor, I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga. I offer online group classes, private one-on-one sessions, and have also worked with organizations like Adiveda. My teaching approach blends traditional wisdom with modern techniques to provide a holistic and personalized experience for my students.
