Pratibha Shrivastava

I am a passionate yoga instructor, recently embarking on my teaching journey while holding a Master’s degree in Human Consciousness and Yoga, along with a TYC Yoga certification. With a decade of personal practice in yoga, I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with others, aiming to promote physical well-being and mental clarity.

My interest in yoga extends beyond just physical postures; I believe in its holistic benefits, encompassing mental and emotional wellness as well. I am committed to teaching yoga as a part-time trainer, where I can guide individuals in developing a sustainable practice that enhances their overall quality of life.

I offer both online and offline sessions, each lasting one hour, with classes available in the mornings and evenings to accommodate different schedules. My sessions are designed to be interactive, allowing participants to engage fully, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance.

In addition to the physical practice, I also provide dietary guidance to complement the yoga experience, helping students align their nutrition with their wellness goals. My classes focus on creating a supportive and enriching environment where individuals can explore yoga's transformative potential, fostering a deeper connection with themselves.
