IdentityI have over two decades of experience and mentor ship in Pharma Sales and Marketing as well as a decade of experience as a Soft Skill Trainer and Life Coach. Meeting diverse personalities in my profession which also involved extensive travelling and grueling deadlines, I was prompted to pursue my Masters in Psychology. It has always been my forte and interest to train and enhance the soft skills and communication of individuals.
In 2009 when I turned to Personality Development, Soft Skills and Communication Training, I realized the impact of proper guidance and training for individuals to reach their goals and objectives in a proper and systematic way. Life Coaching intrigued me in a way that over the years of conducting workshops and sessions gave me the insight into the psyche of individuals thus molding and shaping a person’s career direction and development. It is my sole objective to Motivate, Train and enhance the soft skills of individuals for their personal development and career fulfillment.
