Currently I am member of CRY Kolkata. There are 2 schools under CRY kolkata in kharagpur For those students every week we travel around 20kms by cycle but all those tiredness fades away after seing those smiley faces . I personally think that there must be a great understanding between teacher and student and A teacher must give his 100% as teacher are given the place of god. All the students must be same for him and his/her teaching is only fruitful when each and every student is able to understand and a teacher is great when he/she is able to give his/her best hard work and take best out of their student.
