I have been working in the field of education for the last 12 years. I taught in school as a primary teacher for 3 years, after which I worked as a Block Coordinator in Azim Premji Foundation for 5 years, helping teachers and children learn Foundation Literacy and Numeracy (FLN). After this, I worked for 6 months as District Academy Coordinator in Language Learning Foundation, Bastar, where I helped primary school teachers in 7 blocks of Bastar with the help of BRC, BEO, DMC to provide Foundation Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) and multilingual support. Worked for. Presently, as a subject specialist in Tata Institute of Social Science fund by world bank project, I have worked on the outline of the textbook of Chhattisgarh, education Policy and teacher profession development (TPD). I am quite confident that my work experience, education and interpersonal skills, gives me eminent suitability for applying for this post and would help me to explore something new for me and will able to support this mission in acquiring Foundational Literacy and Numeracy by our Learners so that I would help in making our society a place for all means love to support society in attaining the desired for which our constitution is talking about. And I think this only can happen through the education.
