Teaching is not dictating or forcing a child to mug up things without understanding , instead teaching should be in a way that enables a child to enjoy and learn at the same time. I will be teaching students as a scaffolder who will be helping , supporting and guiding a child till he / she needs that support. As a teacher it is very important that a child should feel comfortable with us, so that any query can be asked without hesitation and I make sure that students should be comfortable with me. All the concepts will be explained from simple to complex and known to unknown manner. A child's curious questions should be encouraged so that a child keep exploring and discovering things with the help of a more knowledgeable peer .With me I make sure that students ask hypothetical questions . It is very important that the work done in class needs to be revised at home everyday in primary classes so that concept can be strengthened properly and I make it a point that concept done in the class should be recapitulated at home positively.It is important to do some learning work everyday rather than keeping a heap of work for the last day.I will make sure that regularly learning work is being done , checked and evaluated properly.A tutor's job is not only restricted to teaching but it is to boost child's morale and confidence.I make sure as a tutor that child is developed socially, mentally , aesthetically and the language skills are developed.
