I started my journey with breathing meditation first. Now I conduct chanting meditation,sound meditation, awareness and consciousness meditation, body parts meditation (yog nidra). Meditation gives us lot of peace happiness and inner well being. Thinking clarity good sleep handling the tab situations in the life well communication with other control on your anger like this there are thousand benefits of meditation we can experience by regular practice. Meditation is actually a simple process if you understand the science beyond the connection between the body mind and the breath. meditation is a very very essential thing in our life to understand our life journey and the goal. Meditation also helps for self realisation. There are many different techniques in meditation. When you practice slowly and gradually you understand which technique is more benefited and useful for yourself. To have a complete benefit of meditation we need to choose a proper time after resting well and need to follow little good diet.
