I am currently working as a Senior Lecturer in Mayurbhanj School of Engineering. In my teaching career, i came in contact with variety of students. Every student has a special talent and as a teacher we have to identify that and help them to master that. As a teacher i helped them to overcome their fear and to master the weakest section. Apart from this, i make my students focus on a hobby that can help them to stay focused or to give them comfort. I am a part time music teacher too.

I have a freelancing experience in teaching class 1-5 and that time span is of 10+ years. In this stage, a teacher must play a role of a trainer more. We have to train their brain to aquire every knowledge in an efficient way. We have to make them comfortable with what they are studying. We have to make them believe that they can do anything. It is the foundation stage for every child and as we know, a strong foundation can make a structure stand even if there is a disaster coming. We have to be slow but effective for the student of this stage and the most important thing that can make every student successful is the patience of the teacher.
