Dear Anand,
Its a nice query posted by you. Especially after COVID, many have this question in their mind, whether to go offline or keep studying online. Everything has its pros and cons. But the weights for every pro and con is different. They are not equal. So if any mode is having higher pros, its not necesary that it is having more weightage as well. If you go for Online, surely pros are flexible timings, don't have to move out from the comfort of home, savings, freedom to listen or sleep in the class and many more. But, the biggest disadvantage is developing the interpersonal skills, team work, personality development, No discipline, improper time management, no regulation, difficulty in dealing with the real world and situations and many more. See, academics do have some weightage for getting a job but it is limited to upto 35-40 % only. I have talked to many HR managers regarding this. Rest 60-65% is the qualities which you do not get in online mode.
Still, every person has got his choice to make his decision, but do think and weigh upon these factors before choosing any mode.

There is no shortcut to remember the formula. And just remembering them won't help you, if you do not know about applying them in the numericals. So, the best way is to solve the numerical by writing the formula every time and understanding what has been given in the question and what has been asked to you. Because, this will not only build your concepts and help you solve even conceptual competitive exam level problems, but also strengthen your formula remembering ability for the long time. My several students have been benefitted with this method who were once facing the same issue like you. Just try it out and tell me.
