Hii.. I'm Neha Rastogi. I'm a Yoga instructor, I completed my Masters in Yoga science from University of Patanjali in 2018 also I'm a certified yoga instructor from YCB Goverment of India. Recently I completed my Sound healing Diploma from Haritha Ayurveda and Yoga school Rishikesh. Currently I'm working with Health wellness center.
I practice yoga from the past 6years, I'm practicing Hathayoga, Asthangayoga as well as sound healing.
I'm taking home as well as online sessions. I focus on individualy, taking care of health issues and try to cure them by yoga as well as sound healing therapy.
I always deal according to my clients requiremenrs and make sure my clients stay motivated and satisfied toward yoga practice.
I always practice Suryanamaskar which focus on strength and flexibility both and also I make sure to practice meditation and relaxation in my sessions.
