Prior experience adopting distinctive teaching methodologies, documenting all lessons, organizing healthy group discussions, and mentoring troubled students
Previously employed ST.XAVIERS HIGH SCHOOL, BANKURA, WB ; MDB DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL BANKURA, WB where I successfully increased the interest of students in my subject, not only this they scored best in CBSE board exams, my greatest achievement when 35 students out of 90 scored 90% above in CBSE board exam, and I got appreciation certificate from MHRD MINISTRY.
My strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills, combined with my ability to work well under pressure, allow me to play a crucial role in a fast-paced teaching environment.
