IdentityTeaching has been my hobby since long but first time I took up regular teaching was when I was pursuing my BTech. I continued that when I was waiting for call from my company to join. There was a break of about 2 years from teaching while I was in Job and then in 1st year of my MTech from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.. once work pressure was eased in 2nd year I again started taking random classes. Now I am back to delhi to prepare for UPSC and want to continue teaching, both because I love it and to support my expenses.
I like teaching mathematics and physics for school students. Now I am also in love with history and geography, but honestly I have never formally taught these two subjects.
I did my MTech from prestigious IISc Bangalore and will be of help for GATE aspirants, but again only for subjects like "Thermodynamics" and "Heat Transfer".
Now that I am in UPSC CSE preparation for about a year, I can also help students who are starting their preparation, particularly in "Indian Polity" and "Modern Indian History".
I love an interactive environment during teaching and focus on building students interest in subject and his ability to ask relevant questions.
Serious point on a lighter note: I consider my self to be successful as a teacher when student no longer needs me.. putting me out of job because I have made him capable enough to read on his own, ask questions and find answers.
