I am a graduate from Christian Medical College (CMC) Vellore with over 13 years of experience in teaching nursing subjects. I was also working as a Medical content officer and wrote medical contents on varIous disease conditions in the form of flipcharts, posters, whats app bots, presentations, webinar modules etc. I have very good writing skills and can write nursing academic assignments, literature reviews. I have published 7 research articles nationally and internationally. I am an all-India trainer for training on AIDS and TB. I guide and train students through inquiry based and co-operative learning styles. I ensure students foster independent learning, explore details and gain expertise. I do assessments in varied ways on a regular basis, so that I understand and adjust my teaching strategies to fit both the students and the material. I have received great appreciations as a good teacher from principals and students.
I enjoy teaching and its the most rewarding experience.
