We are conducting 3 months beginners Asthanga vinyasa Yoga batch with Ajith M Anandaiah.
About Asthanga yoga: Ashtanga is a dynamic, fast-paced yoga, which gives you all the benefits of meditation combined with a power-packed workout. This practice is ideal for everyone, no matter what their experience. It features many preparatory asanas which gradually increase in difficulty, allowing you to work at your own pace. As you improve you can choose intermediate and advanced exercises. This course also includes arm balancing, hip opening classes for you to help in your flexibility and core strength.
This course helps to breathe your way to new year. No matter what stage of relationship you have with your body. We will help you to go deeper, fitter and go stronger. Let's start new year fit resolution with this 3 months vinyasa module.
All age groups are welcome. No prior experienced required.
Morning Classes will be conducted on every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Time, batch 1:7.00-8.00 am & batch 2: 8.00-9.00 am.
