"Any testimony falls utter short to exemplify the experience I had being tutored by Mr Vinay. Coming from a non IT background the concept of coding was far fetched dream for me. Vinay made sure we learnt the fundamental concepts and encouraged as well as guided us constantly to implement what we learnt in the most practical manner. "Throughout my college, I had learnt java thrice. But learning with you was so different. It was more of an application based learning. To learn concepts and apply them to solve problems with simple and effective codes, is what I loved the most. You method of teaching was more of a holistic approach. We not only learnt collections, but limitations and specialties of each collection, built-in method. All of that, helped a great deal in the business unit. It feels great to use pattern matching and special classes. I've not only been able to do my work confidently, but also felt great while helping my colleagues with my acquired concepts. So, thanks for being a helpful, interactive and resourceful trainer "

Java Training

" Myself who struggled all the college years to clear the software language related subjects, even got a drop in OOPS and cleared C merely by a mark, thought working in CTS is not my cup of tea and I won’t fit in. But later realized I was wrong, when had training from Vinay. He did an excellent job during training, he offered a strong base in the concepts for me and my fellow trainees. He had a unique simpler way of teaching, which can make a person with zero knowledge to understand. We witnessed friendlier atmosphere throughout, perceived fun while learning, and he was one among us, which made us easier to approach. He maintained patience, even if anyone of us wanted to repeat the whole concept again and cleared the doubts with a smile. He was a constant support and encouraged us throughout, which indulged me to gain interest on the subjects and gave thirst to learn more on this field. Thanks Vinay for bringing the all new me."

Struts

"Speaking technically as he started with C Programming, I was able to understand how the flow of program works. He had many easy ways of breaking down a complex problem into simpler and understandable one. That’s not it, he was even very patient enough to teach us and make us understand the in depth logic no matter how many times we asked like it’s the first time. He was very much concerned about the entire batch understanding the concepts and working the code. One particular line which I would like to mention here is, he never treated us like a “trainer-traniee relationship”. He has always seen us as his own family. He is very much strong technically. I’ve always seen him updating himself with the current technologies and new languages. A couple of times when I asked him why he is going through such topics when it’s not even needed for our training, he simply says, “I like to keep myself updated to answer any kind question or work in any platform.” He loves to be questioned technically which he won’t mind to answer even a hundred times. I feel really happy and blessed to be a part of this family."

Giving explanations for each concept and giving hands on is the most interesting part. Apart from curriculum your saying about new technologies Like it will be very useful in business unit. Core Java training

"I met Vinay during my academy training days in Cognizant as he was assigned as our Core Java trainer. After having spent two months under his guidance, it was clear that no one else could've done the job better than him. He made the journey from writing our very first "Hello World" to building our very own console based application project, seem smooth although it was a tough track. The simplicity and creativity which he taught us to implement in our code helped not only code instructions, but to code them with the smartest way instead of the lengthiest way. He always encouraged us to use our own logic so that we can find our own rhythm before he could explain it his way as he believes that every programmer has his own signature style and that it was his job to groom the programming mind inside us all. I convey my heartfelt gratitude to Vinay for helping me take a solid first step in the career phase of life as well as being a mentor passing on valuable life advice at every step of our professional growth into being deployed into a project. I hope he continues to inspire many more young programmers as he has inspired me."

Java Training

"We’re not sure whether we ever properly expressed how much we feel forever thankful to Vinay for the help and in?uence he gave to our batch. Vinay came to our batch when most of the class had failed in SQL first attempt. He was our Java Trainer but he still helped us to clear all our SQL queries, taught us more and helped each and everyone clear the SQL attempt. Some of us are from Mechanical, Electrical and other non-Computer based fields and it was hard to learn Java. But Vinay taught us how fun Java learning can be. Yes I am a mechanical Engineer and I am proud to say I love Java thanks to him. It wasn't easy learning but he kept us strong, kept us motivated. Even when it felt like leaving everything, he kept us going strong and we all emerged victorious. There are no words that can explain the gratitude we feel for him but he has a place forever in our hearts. Thanks a Million Vinay and Keep motivating young generations forever. "
