My professional experience has been a blend of academics, training and industry, specifically banking and finance. As an educator and trainer for close 7 years ( 2010-current), I have always ensured interweaving my industry/ on job experience with concepts to facilitate the best possible pragmatic understanding to the learners. My ongoing interaction with a myriad of people in the form of trainees , students, team members, peers , seniors and a large variety of customers while in the financial services (banking) industry has enhanced my existing expertise at communication, presentation and customer service over and above excellence in topics like financial services, financial markets and intermediaries.
