I am a trained Consultant for ZED Initiative (Zero Defect, Zero Effect initiative for the Small and Medium Scale Industries). This is an initiative started by our Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi last year. Presently in the Pilot Phase.
I am the only Woman in India to have completed this training program today.
I have detailed exposure to various Improvement Standards like ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015 AND ISO 18001.
Business Excellence Assessments: Experience in conducting Business Excellence Assessments of various business verticals such as Highways, Airports and Energy. Provided support in prioritizing action plans for addressing the Opportunities for Improvements derived from the assessment findings.
Process Assessment and Improvement: Experience in conducting assessment of processes; provided support to the teams in improving the processes. Participated in preparation of Enterprise Process Mapping.
Continuous Improvement Projects: (a) Experience in driving various high business impact projects such as Energy Conservation, Water Conservation, etc. at group level. (b) Reviewed and provided support for various improvement projects using 12 or 7 steps methodologies like Juran, 7 QC tools, etc.
Certified ZED Consultant (Zero Defect Zero Effect) – Quality Council of India Certified Consultant for Zero Effect; Zero Defect (part of “Make in India” initiative started by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Sri Narendra Modi). Proud to be the only women in India to have completed this Training Program.
Institutionalization of Business Excellence Initiative: In-charge of launching the initiative by organizing training programs at various verticals, creating the reference manual, an e-learning module and creating an internal assessor pool through certification programs.
Program/Event Planning and Coordination: In-charge of Planning, coordinating, Executing, Capturing, Learning and MIS for events. I have the ability to multi-task, and always handle high-priority assignments simultaneously. Experience in organizing three cycles of grand Reward & Recognition Program.
MIS and Automation: In-charge of reporting the status of various action points and initiatives from the Program Management office. In the process, I have automated the MIS system for Continuous Improvement Projects, Idea Factory Portal, mapping of Strategic Objectives of the business and the impact of assessment findings, at Group level.

I have recently taught Kannada Spoken Language to a Software Company Employees. 30 participants for 4 days a week for 3 months.
I have proficiency in English, Tamil and Kannada languages. I am interested in teaching.
