We are Yoga Alliance certified trainers with a goal to share our experience of more than 10 years (Since 2013) in yoga for the wellbeing of the society. We ourselves have overcome physical challenges like sinusitis, back pain, weight issues, cold shoulder, digestive issues etc. We were also able to overcome anxiety and stress at work and at home. We decided to venture into this journey of sharing and building a healthier, happier and peaceful society by taking the blessings of all the gurus who have taught us in the last 10 years. We have learnt from multiple gurus, certified in yoga training from 2 institutes, We are also certified in kids yoga and yoga therapy and have been actively helping schools, society and individuals since 2023
