IdentityI am a Team Lead of the Zoho CRM User Education department and I specialise in technical content writing. I have a degree in B.Sc Visual Communication. I have also done a Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Design (the art of designing e-learning courses).
I have interned at Indian Express briefly, where I have taken up reporting assignments. I have also had freelance writing experiences, where I have taken care of blogs, web content, social media marketing.
I love writing and reading books. Right now, I am willing to pass on the knowledge I have obtained over the years to young students who have an inclination for writing. I honestly believe that there is no end to learning. I look forward to coaching young kids, and in the process, hone my own writing and language skills.
