I have the ability to create a fitness plan based on the client’s personal health and to devise a diet plan that will provide the nutrition they need while helping them lose those extra pounds.
I can teach clients how to use the exercise equipment the correct way to prevent injury and to ensure they are getting the best workout during their sessions. I have the ability to help motivate and encourage clients to stick with their diets and exercise plans.
From developing and implementing health and fitness programs and evaluating initiatives/results to tracking data and consulting with clients to define and achieve goals, my background has prepared me to excel in this role.
I also keep up with current trends, studies, and diets in the worlds of both fitness and nutrition. As someone who loves to constantly learn new things, it’s been exciting trying to boost my clients’ progress by applying the latest methods and nutritional concepts to their routines.
