In my fitness training class, I offer a comprehensive workout designed to improve overall health and fitness levels. The session begins with some stretching & a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for exercise, focusing on mobility and increasing heart rate. Following the warm-up, we transition into a combination of cardio exercises to elevate heart rate and burn calories effectively.
After cardio, we move into strength training, targeting major muscle groups through a variety of resistance exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells, or other equipment. This segment aims to build strength, increase muscle tone, and improve overall body composition. Throughout the class, I emphasize proper form and technique to maximize results while minimizing the risk of injury.
Finally, we conclude the session with a series of stretching exercises to improve flexibility, enhance range of motion, and promote relaxation. Stretching also aids in reducing muscle soreness and improving recovery post-workout.
