I am a Accountant. I am teaching yoga on weekend from (5.45 to 7am) from past 1 year. And Presently I am doing Yoga Instructor Course to get certificate in Svyasa University.

I know about Patanjali Yoga Like Major Asanas , Basic Meditation Techniques, Sukhma Vyayama and Shitili Karana Vyayama, Nadi Shodhana Pranayama, Deep relaxation technique, Prayer or Mantras which we will be chanting before Yogasanas and Meditation and i know about Sutra Neti and Jala Neti.

I can teach yoga from kids to old people with understanding there capacity.

I can communicate in English, Kannada, Hindi, Basic of Tamil and Telugu i can manage too.
