Hi , I am currently working at MNC as technical consultant position{ almost 4 yr experience I have on app or production support field}. My job role is to provide l2 or l3 level support for back office applications{a application owned and developed by this company and majorly used by petroleum industries like shell,bp,bcl etc} . And from last few month I become a part of application hosting team where I am engaging few cloud activities like monitoring sites cope alert , major role in application deployment, maintaining application as part of cloud support.
