"Sivashakti is a very enthusiastic person. Her way of teaching yoga is very good. I have taken 108 Surya namaskar classes with her online... She explained how easy we can achieve 108 namaskar and every posture correction was done in detail. I am really satisfied and happy dat i joined pregnency yoga classes under sivasakti. Infact i discontunued my practice after delivery but then i joined back as i was feeling very lathergic. You can see urself transforming into a patient flexible healthy strong person with continuous practice. Here she not only teaches u to meditate and breathe but also our stamina core strength increases so its a great mixture of mind and body. After practicing pranayama omkara my head face throat everytng feel so fresh and relaxing as if i have no worries i feel elevated thanks to sivasakti. It helped me to concentrate on my work more and gave me the stamina which was lost at young age and also the motivation we can do better everyday each day s a new learning. "
