You need to invest some more time with your kid. Let him listen to English conversation and be familiar with some English words. Allow your kid to watch his favourite cartoon channels in English only. Find some storytelling Videos for kids from Youtube and let him/her listen to them. Ask him/her to read some stories, articles, paragraphs in English. These will certainly help your kid to be familiar with English and develop his communication skills.

Listen to English Communication more, practice well and follow some correct practice steps to achieve the desired and effective result. You need to listen to English conversation, read storybooks, read articles on newspaper and magazines etc. You can also enhance your stock of words and vocabularies by listening to English channels like National Geographic, Animal Planet, BBC World News, CNN News and English Premier Shows on the television. Above all, you need to create an environment where you get an influence of English, where you can listen, speak, think and share in English. Only then, you will be able to enhance your capability in learning English as a whole.

You need to be shameless to start your practice. You will make mistakes in your pronunciation, sentence construction, grammar etc. initially. You have to learn from your mistakes. You need to start speaking in English without any confusion. Just stop thinking about others. You must fumble, will not find each vocabulary to use correctly, will be unable to frame right sentences, but you must continue your practice to speak in English.
Never stop your practice. Slowly and consistently, you will be able to overcome your confusion and will gain confidence. You need to listen to English news, English conversations, English movies, English songs and try to understand those. It will take some time, but these are the steps to learn Spoken English.
