I have had the leadership skills from a very early age in my life. Being the class monitor in every standard in school, to being the school captain to being the head of debate tea, i have always depicted skills of being a leader. My experience is not in paper in the form of degrees but it is through the days that i have lived. The days away from home for 6 years now, being in the midst of people having very different cultural backgrounds than i do, has taught me various skills of dealing with them. I have been a volunteer in the art of living foundation and expanded beyond my comfort zone through various workshops conducted by them. I understand how difficult it is for students today to be in the face of competition, stress and deception at every step of life. I have been a person with whom people can confide in. I believe that i can win the confidence of students and help them open up all the problems that they are facing and provide them the right path to lead. Stating this quote that " Leader is not known by how many people he leads but by how many leaders he creates", i am certain that i can help people to make decisions in their life and come out as shining individuals. In addition to this, i have the skillset to develop the soft skills in the budding generation to help them be at par with the successful lot of the society.
