I am a fitness trainer for past 4 years. I have completed fitness training course in Proton Fitness Academy in Bangalore. Currently working as a fitness trainer in a gym in Bangalore.My work experience includes training clients on a variety of strength and conditioning training, cardio vascular exercises and stretching techniques. Specialized in HIIT and TRX. Provided clients with safe and reasonable exercises to perform at home or at gym. Design personalized programs and nutritional plans for clients to achieve optimal results. Check all gym equipments for proper use and functions, minimizing accidents or malfunctions. Identified any physical limitations of clients and create a fitting plans.
