Hi Suhas, Don't worry many diploma and engineering students have the same problem with mathematics subject, so foremost to overcome your problem is remove the fear for mathematics from your mind then half the problem is solved next always think about your goal as you said to become software engineer next just keep in mind that if you clear mathematics in 4th sem then to become software engineer you will not come across mathematics very much and only thing required is programming skills so think as if done now then forever done next to clear any subject in exam there will be some tricks like way of answering,to read those units which are sure to be asked for full marks in question paper and read those units without leaving not even a single part in that along with these you need to do smart way of hard working, also go through 3/4 previous years question papers, and solve those question papers and get it corrected from your mathematics professor, so follow these i am sure you will get through your exams and at the earliest you will be a successful software engineer.
