I am practicing Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for 4 years and training individuals for 2 years.
MMA is a full-contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports, really an intense workout to keep you fit, burn your fat, tone your muscle and skin, balance your hormones and at the same time defending yourself. It can be started at any age.
