Teaching Experience in detail in Class I-V Tuition
They have inquisitive minds. They are quiet restless and it's important to understand them better to convey the teaching in a better manner. To make lessons interesting one needs to bring in a lot of day-to-day examples so that the student can correlate better and understand the concepts better. After Mathematics is more of an aptitude cum attitude-based subject. If you develop interests in it there is fun in solving the papers.

Teaching Experience in detail in Communication Skills Training
One of the core elements of my communication training is active listening. In my experience, many students struggle with communication because they are more focused on what they want to say rather than truly understanding what the other person is communicating. I have designed interactive exercises that push students to be fully present during conversations, to pick up on non-verbal cues, and to give thoughtful feedback. I remember one particular class where a group of students participated in an exercise that required them to paraphrase what their partner had said, instead of simply responding with their thoughts. Initially, some students found this frustrating—they wanted to jump in with their ideas or opinions—but over time, they realized that this technique forced them to truly listen. They began to notice subtleties in tone and body language, gaining insights into the speaker's emotions and intentions. It was a game-changer for many, and by the end of the session, students not only had honed their listening skills but also developed more empathy and respect for their peers. Feedback is another crucial element of my teaching style. Throughout each session, I make sure to give both immediate and reflective feedback to each student. I provide constructive criticism in a way that boosts their confidence rather than discouraging them. For instance, if a student struggles with presenting their ideas coherently, I focus on the progress they've made before addressing areas that need improvement. By setting achievable communication goals for each individual, I help students build their skills gradually, with each success fostering more confidence.
