Language is learnt by speaking, and even if you make mistakes, it is OK. Hesitation to speak is because of the fear of making mistakes and thinking what other people would think of you. If you have close friends, relatives or someone younger than you, try to speak with them in English always, even if you make a mistake. Since they are close to you, they will not mind your mistakes. Choose a partner who can support you.
