IdentityPrepare lesson plans or learning modules for tutoring sessions according to the needs of individual student’s or those of a group. Review course materials with students by discussing the text, worksheets or through other activity based learning like presentations, role plays or simulation of real life scenarios.
• Research and recommend textbooks, online videos/audio resources or other learning materials to complement tutoring. Prepare training materials like handouts, course study materials, quizzes, work sheets, test papers etc., To Collate/correct home works, assignments etc.,
• Monitor and assess student’s progress throughout the tutoring sessions and to motivate/build confidence in students using positive reinforcement techniques
